Rosser Danton Roche

Rosser Danton Roche, 83, of Hanover, PA, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024 at Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg. Born March 14, 1941 in Winston Salem, North Carolina, he was the son of the late William Bosworth Roche and Ann Mar Patterson. He was the loving husband to Mary Ann Kathryn Roche.

Before retiring from his family business Patterson & Associates, he was a manufactures representative. He loved to play tennis, ride bikes, take trips to the beach, and watch the Baltimore Ravens. In his younger years, he was president of the Sandymount Rec Council and he is an Army Veteran.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children Kimberly Strevig (Rick) of Hanover, PA, Scott Roche (Laura) of Lutherville, MD, Brian Roche (Laura) of Westminster, MD, Christopher Comfort of Baltimore, MD and Carlyn Comfort Moles (David) of Jefferson, MD; brother Renny Roche (Gerri) of Erin, NY; grandchildren Shelley Hierstetter-Hall (Tim), Tyler Roche (Taylor), Megan Hierstetter (Andrew), Nicholas Roche (Margaret), Colin Roche, Noah Roche, Lila Roche and Evelyn Moles; great-grandchildren Gianna Roche, William Roche and Jace Roche.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster, MD 21157.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Interment will be held at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
