Alan Martin Lerman

Alan Martin Lerman, 76, of Taneytown, died Friday, July 28, 2017 at Brinton Woods.  Born January 7, 1941 in New York City, he was the son of the late Louis Lerman and Lillian Katz Lerman.  Survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Faye Brothers Lerman.

Before retiring he was in Sales.  He served in the Army.

He is also survived by 4 children, David Lerman of Syosett, NY, Donna Kidd of Westminster, Sandra Finch of New Windsor and Steve Green of Westminster, one sister Joan Fastow of Owings Mills.  Also survived by 10 grandchildren Megan Finch Johnson, Kyle Finch, Jason Lerman, Luke Finch, Jared Lerman, Autumn Finch, Ryan Morano, Jessica Lerman, Hunter Green and Spencer Green and 1 great-grandson Calvin.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 30, 2017  from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 31, 2017  at 10:00 a.m. at  funeral home.  Interment will be at Providence Cemetery in Gamber.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray the cost of the funeral or to Emmitsburg Community Bible Church, 130 S Seton Ave., Emmitsburg, Md. 21727
