Burnell Lawrence Weaver

Burnell “Poss” Lawrence Weaver, 74, of Westminster, died Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Carroll Hospital.  Born Nov. 4, 1941 in Littlestown, PA, he was the son of the late Norbert Weaver and Ruth Bair Weaver.

Before retiring he was a plumber and steamfitter.  He enjoyed the time he lived in Florida. 

He is survived by children Kevin Weaver of Hanover, PA, Randy Weaver and wife Wanda of Manchester and Michelle Weaver of Pennsylvania, two sisters Susan Topper of McSherrystown, PA and Sylvia Rudisill of Hanover, PA.  Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a son Brian Weaver, 2 brothers and 1 sister.   

Friends may call on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Services and interment will be private.

Memorial contributions may be offered to the funeral home to help the family defray funeral expenses.
