Chloe Alexandria Isaac, 5, of Westminster, passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at her residence. Born Sept. 10, 2012 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Courtney and Kevin Isaac.
She attended Carroll Springs School and was a cheerleader for Westminster Optimist Football and Cheerleading Association. She was an Aicardi Warrior and overcame more than any doctor expected.
Besides her parents, she is survived by a brother, Kaleb Isaac, grandparents Shirley and Joe Clark of Westminster; George and Shirley Isaac of Westminster; Tony and Nicole Andolino of Westminster and Steven Moser of Pennsylvania; great-grandparents Ruth and Steve Swank, Frances Moser and Regina Andolino; aunts and uncles Gabriella and Gianna Andolino, Victor Weinberg, Brandie Wonder, Traci Clark, Robert and Lindsay Williams. Also survived by numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was predeceased by great-grandparents Edward and Helen Wood, George and Dorothy Isaac, Robert Moser and Louis Stanton.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 16, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
