Clara Warner Byers

Clara Warner Byers, 90, of Westminster, died Monday, March 20, 2017 at Bethania Care Home. Born March 7, 1927 in Taylorsville she was the daughter of the late U. Sylvester Warner and Marie Nusbaum Warner. Her husband Francis E. Byers died December 16, 1992.

She was a member of Bart’s Centenary United Methodist Church in Littlestown PA. She graduated from Mt. Airy High School in 1944.

Survived by her son Jesse S. Byers II and wife Diane of Westminster, daughter Francine B. Lobach and husband Mark of Chesapeake City, one brother Albert A. Warner of Maryland, one sister M. Jayne Dattilio of Westminster, one great grandson Johnathon W. Byers.

She was predeceased by 7 siblings Charles A. Warner, Olive Warner, Roy Warner, Walter Warner, Nellie Schnauble, Ruby Blauvelt, Mabel Warner of Westminster.

Funeral services will be held on Friday March 24, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral and Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Interment will follow in Taylorsville Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday 12:30 p.m. till 1:30 p.m.
