Gina Tshibaka

Gina Tshibaka, 41, of Westminster, MD, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2017.  Born June 6, 1975 in Vineland, NJ, she was the daughter of Dennis & Victoria Sandefer. 

Gina graduated from Millville High School and earned a nursing degree at Cumberland County College.  Gina was a school nurse employed by Robert Moton Elementary School in Westminster.  She was a great mother, wife, and friend and as a school nurse she cared deeply for the children.  Gina’s strength was an inspiration to all as she fought her illness without any bitterness or loss of faith.    

Gina is survived by her husband of 15 years, Cimenga Tshibaka, children, Alexis, Christopher and Regina, sisters, Stephanie Muhlbaier and husband Bill, Denise Mainiero and husband, John, grandmother, Josephine Fanelli, mother-in-law, Marie Kazadi, father-in-law, Tshikala Tshibaka, Sr, sisters-in-law, Lydia Tshibaka, Monique Pulanco, Kaye Weis and husband Nick, Godlive Tshibaka, brothers-in-law, Peter Tshibaka, John Tshibaka, Tshikala Tshibaka, Jr and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster, Maryland.  The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
