I would like to say that I knew Henry, but what little I know speaks volumes. There are very few who take interest in our greatest asset like Henry did. That most dear asset, our children. When I think of the fishing rodeo, no child was left behind, all got a hot dog, soda, and door prize. We attended the fishing rodeo annually, and in 2003 my young son took 1st place in his age group. On our way back to New Windsor, my son with his trophy (still in his bedroom by the way) and bundle of fish explained to me that this was the best day of his life. Henry, how you affected the lives of those you barely knew, permeates throughout our society, and reflects the goodness in mankind. I still see you with your famous fish hat checking on the children gathered around the pond. God bless you, and comfort your family.

Most Sincerely.

I enjoyed Henry's amazing culinary offerings during the Grow It, Eat It classes last year. He certainly knew his way around the kitchen. I will treasure the copies of his recipes I have. My condolences to his family at this difficult time.

I am so sorry to hear this news. Henry will be deeply missed. We had many laughs and I always learned something new while assisting him in all of our Master Gardener Grow It Eat It cooking sessions. I always looked forward to our next adventure. Sending loving thoughts to his family during this difficult time.
