Lewis P Mulligan

Lewis P. “Pat” Mulligan, 90, of Westminster, died Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at the Dove House.  Born January 2, 1927 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Mae Barger and Lewis Mulligan.  He was the loving husband of Carolyn S. Mulligan.

Before retiring he worked as a teacher and administrator.  He was a member of St. John Catholic Church and served in the Air Force.

Besides his wife, he is survived by children and spouses, Jenna Gallagher and husband Craig, Stacy Wilkinson, Monica Neal, Kevin Mulligan and wife Michele and Timothy “Popeye” Mulligan, a sister Callista Toephner and brother Bunk Mulligan, grandchildren Kristi Neal, Melissa Neal, Matthew Neal, Douglas Neal, Keegan Gallagher, Maya Mulligan, and Ava Mulligan.

Prayer services will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Interment will be private.
