Lucille B. Upperco

Lucille B. Upperco, 93, formerly of Carroll County, died Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Homewood at Plum Creek. Born September 19, 1919. She was the daughter of the late George C. Brown and Bertha Mathias Brown. Her husband Albert L. Upperco died in 1977.

Before retiring she was a member and secretary at Augustana Lutheran Church in Baltimore.

Survived by daughter and son-in-law Barbara and Dick Krebs of Westminster, son and daughter-in-law Alan and Janet Upperco of Titusville, N.J., sister and brother-in-law Frances and William Crawford of Hanover, Pa. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son and daughter-in-law George A. and Holly Upperco.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday 11 a.m. at the Fletcher Funeral and Cremation Service, 254 E. Main St. Westminster, with her son-in-law Rev. Dick Krebs officiating. Interment St. John “Leisters” Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
