Nancy Etta Kidwell

Nancy Etta Kidwell, 70, of Finksburg, died Wednesday February 6, 2013 at University of Maryland Medical Center. Born April 30, 1942 in Hagerstown she was the daughter of the late Florence Eudora Sharron and Leon Reichard Moats.  She was the wife of Clark Thomas Kidwell Sr. for 54 years.

Before retiring she worked as a cutter for English American. She enjoyed going to Charlestown to play slot machines and Trotter Horse Racing. She was a Pro Duckpin Bowler.

Beside her husband, she is survived by a daughter Susan Kidwell and companion Michael Magill of Finksburg, son Clark Thomas Kidwell Jr. and wife Lisa of Perry Hall, sister Deloris Kidwell of Finksburg, brothers Raymond and Leonard Moats both of Hagerstown, sister-in-law Sue Winpigler, 5 granddaughters Melissa, Nicole, Ashlee, Shannon, and Jamie. Also survived by many devoted friends and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son James Thomas Kidwell.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St. Westminster, from 4 to 7 p.m.

Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11 a.m. Interment will be held at Rest Haven Cemetery in Hagerstown.
