Sahara Laverdiere Obituary

Sahara Marie Laverdiere “Smoochums”, 3, of Westminster, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep, on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at her residence. Born November 5, 2014 in Baltimore, she was the beloved daughter of Scott D. Laverdiere and Marlena Chenoweth Laverdiere.

Sahara was the baby of the family and loved spending time with her older brothers and sisters, she looked up to all of them. Her infectious smile, big blue eyes and platinum blonde hair had people fall in love with her instantly. She was a free spirit who loved going on family camping trips in the RV, helping her dad with the family RV business, shopping with mom, the beach, playing dress-up, Minnie Mouse, princesses, blowing bubbles, painting, drawing outside with chalk, dancing, chock-it (chocolate), riding her Big Wheel and giving smooches. She was the most lovable and easy going three year old you’d ever meet and her passing is a tremendous loss to everyone that knew her.

Besides her parents, she is survived by brothers and sisters, Quest Mann, Sky, Star and Summit Laverdiere; grandparents, Tom Chenoweth, Ray Laverdiere, Brenda and Bob Silverman; aunts and uncles, Rachel Chenoweth and Eric Schneider, Wayne and Kelsey Chenoweth, Maisy and Bryan Kratz, Tim and Kelly Laverdiere and Chris Laverdiere; cousins, Lawson Schneider, Caleigh Schneider (Mama Cal Cal), Jayden Moreland, Piper Kratz, Kaelyn Laverdiere and Justin Kratz.

She was predeceased by her grandmother, Margie Chenoweth, who chose her beautiful name.
