Steven Daniel Heddens, Jr., 32, of Westminster, Md., passed away on January 22, 2018 at his home. He was born on September 3, 1985 to Steven Heddens, Sr., and Carol Ruckman of Towson, Md.

Steve was a graduate at Selby High School in Selby, South Dakota. He studied woodworking and enjoyed making things. In 2004, he moved back to Maryland where he started working at Monumental Mills.

He loved skateboarding, Go Karts, music, and enjoyed hanging with his family and friends, especially his 3 children.

Steve’s life will be cherished by his mother, Carol Temple, of Sioux Falls, SD; father Steven Heddens of Westminster; brother Daniel Heddens of Sioux Falls, SD; half-sister Jennifer Heddens of Washington; and his 3 children, Caiden, Kaylynn, and Christian Heddens. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins, and a grandfather.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. at Gaither United Methodist Church, 7701 Gaither Road, Sykesville, Md. 21787. Burial will be private.
