Tyler William Shipley

Tyler William Shipley, 23, of Westminster, died Saturday, April 1, 2017.  Born November 16, 1993, he was the son of James Kemper Conley and Stacy Nicole Shipley Thomas of Westminster.

He was a 2011 graduate of Francis Scott Key High School and Carroll County Career and Technology Center.  He worked in Contruction.

Besides his parents, he is survived by a sister Raven Nicole Carroll of Westminster and brothers Lucas Conley and James Conley Jr. of Hanover, PA. He is also survived by maternal grandparents Dale L. and Linda C. Shipley of Westminster, maternal great-grandparents H. Larry and Barbara L.V. Shipley of Westminster, paternal great-grandparents Helen and Edward Bracken of Westminster, aunts Shannon Shipley Bowers and husband Matt of Westminster and Stephani Shipley Morningstar and husband Joey of Taneytown, Sandi Conley of WV and his beloved dog Diesel.

Services and interment will be private.
