Virginia "Ginny" Mann

Virginia “Ginny” Mann, 88, of Union Bridge, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2016 at Transitions Healthcare.  Born May 18, 1928 in Reisterstown, she was the daughter of the late Carrie Fair Abbott and Carroll Abbott.  She was the wife of the late Marvin Leo Mann.

She was a graduate of Franklin High School in Reisterstown and member of Emory United Methodist Church.  She was a life-long Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan and enjoyed playing bingo and working jig-saw puzzles.

She is survived by sons Paul “Bunky” Arnold of Arizona and David Arnold and wife Pam of Westminster, Michael Mann of Union Bridge and a daughter Patsy McDonald and husband Arnie of Westminster.  Also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and sisters-in-law. 

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 12, 2016  from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service; 11 a.m. at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster, with Rev. Taisie Phillips officiating.

Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg.
