Isabelle Gladys Cowan, 91, of Westminster, died Friday, April 27, 2012 at Carroll Lutheran Village. Born July 27, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Carl Allen Hubbard and Mary Ellen Sullivan Hubbard. She was the wife of Ralph A. Cowan who died in 1977.
Surviving is a son Gregory W. Cowan of Westminster.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a step-brother Jack Sullivan, three sisters, Caroline Zendgraft, Leona Morris and Mary Jane Sullivan.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until time of service; 1 p.m. at the Fletcher Funeral and Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster with Rev. Wm. Louis Piel officiating. Interment will follow in Finksburg Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
