Cllinda Stansbury, 58, of Gettysburg, PA, passed away surrounded by family at WellSpan York Hospital on Friday, July 24, 2026. Born December 7, 1967, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Mary Pollard and late James Fuss. She is survived by her devoted husband of 40 years, Bill Stansbury and children Aaron Stansbury of Thurmont, MD, Lauren Stansbury and wife Jessica of Fairfield, PA, as well as the light of her life grandchildren James, Blake and Addilyn. In addition, she is survived by her adopted father, Larry Pollard and two sisters, Mary Darlyn Pollard and Laura Pollard, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Cllinda met the love of her life at a young age, who devoted their lives to each and built a beautiful life together. She spent the majority of career working for High's Dairy Store and most recently spent time working at Hunterstown Truck Stop. 

In her early years, Cllinda enjoyed shopping with her mother and grandmother, and dancing at the Coon Club. She had a love for bingo like no other and cherished her family more than anything. If you knew Cllinda, you knew her grandchildren brought so much joy to her life. It was impossible to take a quick trip anywhere with Cllinda, simply because she was guaranteed to run into three people she already knew and make two new friends along the way. Cllinda lived life with an open heart, an infectious smile and a vibrant personality that lit up every room.

She was predeceased in death by her loving grandmother, Mary Eyler and sister Joyce Fuss. 

The family would like to thank all the staff that have cared for her over the years, and in the last days at Gettysburg Hospital, York Hospital, the Hanover VNA as well as Hospice of Central PA. 

While our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that through organ donation, Cllinda was able to make a difference in other people's lives. 

The family will receive friends and family from 2 p.m. to 4p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster, MD. Funeral services will begin Wednesday July 29, 2026, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion (Haugh's) Cemetery in Keymar, MD.
