Joyce joins me in sending our thoughts and prayers to the entire family. We so enjoyed our visits to Westminster in recent years and going to church at St Ben's and seeing and visiting with Mr & Mrs Kelbaugh.

So sorry to learn of Albert's passing. We remember him as a hard working person when we were neighbors on the "hill" in Westminster until 1962. Later, Albert moved his family to Westminster proper and we shared more good times. We will miss him and our thoughts and prayers go out to the family we know so well in this time of grief.
