David Joseph Naill

David Joseph Naill, Sr. “Sonny”, 74, of Mount Airy, died Friday, August 10, 2018 at his home. Born on November 22, 1943, he was the son of the late Henry and Alice Naill. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Deborah Naill.

David was a self employed roofer who loved drag racing.

Besides his wife, he is survived by 5 children; Kimberly Cole and husband Rick of Frederick, Kristy Murphy of Hagerstown, John Smith of Pennsylvania, Amanda Naill of Mount Airy, and David Naill, Jr. of Mount Airy. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and numerous siblings all from Mount Airy.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 13, 2018 from 5 to 8 p.m. with services beginning at 7:30 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral and Cremation Services, 254 East Main St., Westminster, Md. 21157.

Interment will be private.
