Dennis Wayne Kinser

Dennis Wayne Kinser, 27, of New Windsor, MD, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 3, 2017.  Born February 8, 1990 in Westminster, he was the son of Brenda Kinser of Westminster and John Kinser Jr. and wife Tanya of New Windsor.

He was employed at Maxmore Hill Restoration and Groft Racing. He was an avid Ravens and Orioles fan. He also enjoyed fishing and dirt track racing.

Surviving in addition to his parents are brother and sister-in-law, Randy B. Cook Jr. and Melinda Cook of Hanover PA, step-sister Journey Yelton-Kinser and step brothers Kaleb and Chance Kinser, all of New Windsor, nieces, Mckayla and Madison Cook and nephew Carter Cook of Hanover Pa, maternal grandmother Marie Knight and paternal grandfather John Kinser Sr. of New Windsor.  Also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his grandmother Jeanette Kinser.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 5 to 7 p.m. with services beginning at 7 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster with Elder Andy Whitfield officiating. Interment will be private.
