Joan R (Beal) Ogle

Joan R. Beal, 52, of Westminster, died Tuesday, August 6, 2017.  Born August 6, 1965 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Pat and Wilbur Phyles.  She was the loving wife of Kevin Shawn Ogle.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed crafts and writing poems.

Besides her husband she is survived by children, Matthew and Kirsten Blevins, Heather Phyles and Alora and Samantha Ogle, a sister Kim Phyles, grandchildren Destiny, Olivia, Anastasia, Jacob and Iona.

She was predeceased by a brother Michael Phyles.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 14, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Friends may also call on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 10 to 11 a.m., where a Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m.  Interment will be private.
