Joseph Richard Lowe

Joseph Richard "Dick" Lowe, 72, of Westminster, died Sunday, July 30, 2017 at Chapel Hill Nursing and Rehab.  Born October 1, 1944, in Washington, D.C. he was the son of the late Joseph Lowe and Geraldine Vandegrift.  He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Elizabeth B. Lowe.

Before retiring he was in Sales, and served in the Navy.

Besides his wife, he is survived by 2 children, Erin Heath of Hanover, Pa., and Richard T. Lowe of Reisterstown.  2 grandchildren, Brayden Heath and Madison Heath.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 10:45 a.m. at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.  The funeral procession will leave Fletcher's at 10 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Ascension Episcopal Church, 23 N. Court St., Westminster, Md. 21157
