Dear Betty and family,
We were so sorry to hear that Joe passed. Joe was a man with warmth and kindness but we'll remember most his sweet smile and sense of humor.
What did we think of Joe Noll?  He was a lovely man who will be missed byall who knew him.

To "Miss Betty" and the entire Noll Family:  I remember "Mr. Joe" as a good, hard working,respectable,and funloving MAN. I have always looked up to him and admired him....always smiling and always ready to help people. We had some great times back in the day in the old neighborhood. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Betty and family, We are forever blessed to have known Joe. May the reassurrance of the certain reunion you will share with him and Scott be of comfort to you.Darlene  especially has MANY fond memories of time spent with all of you and and Joe as a child, teen and young adult.
