Robert R. LaMoe

Robert R. LaMoe, 68, of Sykesville, died March 8, 2018, at Chapel Hill Nursing Home following a severe debilitating stroke. Born August 30, 1949 he is the son of Kathryn (Clayton) LaMoe and Willard A. LaMoe. He is survived by a sister Judith Ann MacPherson and brother-in-law Gordon F. MacPherson, Jr.

Robert is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute, class of 1967. He was self- employed. He had a strong Christian Faith. He is remembered as a man with a dry sense of humor. He enjoyed traveling and visiting unique sites in the particular areas he visited. He was an engineer by trade and enjoyed tinkering with novel tools and crafty inventions.

Robert is a graduate of Dads Works, 2005. He has been a faithful supporter of the program ever since. He participated in nearly all the fundraisers Dads Works held.

A Celebration of Life will be held with family and friends on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 1 p.m. at 5015 Freter Rd., Sykesville, MD 21784.
