Alcenio “Ali” Ramon Lugo, 47 died Friday March 26, 2021 peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Ali was born on June 8, 1973 in the Bronx, NY and lived in Westminster with his parents Rosalind & Raul Esteves. Ali participated in day programming at Change (now known as Penn-Mar). Though he was never able to communicate with words, Ali’s smile spoke volumes to all who knew him. Surviving in addition to his parents are sister Veronica Dietz and husband Edward of Westminster, MD and brother Desmond Esteves and wife Erin of Columbia, MD, niece Katherine and nephews, Elijah, Gabriel, Kingston and London in addition to numerous loving cousins. A private celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday March 30th.
