Alicia Ann (Perrier) Phillips

Alicia Ann Perrier Phillips, 61, of Hanover, PA, passed away at home on Friday, April 28, 2023, with her family by her side.  Born October 20, 1961 in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Charles Herbert Perrier and Joann Muellenschlader Perrier. She was the beloved wife of the late Glenn Phillips.

Alicia was a graduate of South Carroll High School. She worked as a manager at Rite Aid for over 30 years and then when on to work for Security Partners as an alarm specialist. She was a true animal lover.

She is survived by her son Justin Frock, sister Sherri Shaffer and her husband Dave, brother William Perrier and his wife Wendy; grandchildren Aiden and Charity Frock; nephews Jonathan and James Perrier and Charlie McGraw; great nephew Landon Perrier.

Besides her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by her son Adam Frock and her niece Deann McGraw.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., a memorial service will begin at 12:00 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main Street, Westminster, MD 21157.
