Annabelle Jeffries Duvall, 91, of Westminster, died Monday, January 3, 2022, at her residence. Born January 20, 1930 in Kemptown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Virginia (Gue) Jeffries and James Jae Jeffries. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank J. Duvall for 62 years.
For most of her adult life, she was a devoted Jehovah’s Witness who always looked for an opportunity to share her faith regardless of where or whom she was with. She and her husband Frank quietly impacted the lives of many; whether it was to provide a new roof, home improvements, meals, electricity assistance, or blankets and clothing for the homeless, they always shared whatever they had. After her husband’s death, Annabelle continued this practice.
She is survived by a daughter Isabelle Cason Saylor and brother Charles F. Jeffries. She was predeceased by a son James H. Cason, Jr., siblings Ethel M. Odensos, Gladys Allendar, Mildred Marks, John and James Jeffries and many nieces and nephews.
She would often tell her children, “What we dwell on, we become”. Psalm 26:2.
At her request there will be no services.
