Arthur Samuel Howard, of Gwynn Oak, MD, died at his residence, Saturday, March 6, 2021.
Born May 28, 1940, in Baltimore, MD. He was the son of the late Charles Howard and Elizabeth Waters Howard.
Before retiring, he worked in the technical department at WBAL.
He was preceded by his loving wife, Adele Howard.
Survived by one brother, William H. Howard and wife Mary “Louise” Howard.
Graveside services will be private.
