Arthur S. Webster, Jr.

Arthur S. Webster, Jr., 76, of Westminster, died December 26, 2020 peacefully at his home.  Born November 12, 1944 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Arthur Webster, Sr. and Margaret Marie Riesett.  Survived by his two sisters Elizabeth Pitman and Marge Webster, along with his two children Kathy Cropper (Jayson) and Brian Webster (Kerri) and his beloved partner Sandy Lehrer.  

 He graduated from Parkville Senior High School in 1963. He served in the Navy for 4 years where he spent time traveling the world.  Arthur worked as a Division Director for the Social Security Administration and retired in 2014.   He moved onto his second and most rewarding career as full time Pop Pop to 4 grandchildren (Camryn, Kasey, Morgan and Cole) .  Art was an avid runner and cyclist and was a member of the Westminster Road Runners Club.   

 Celebration of Life Services will be held at a later day.
