Barbara Ellen Hatfield, 91 of Fayetteville, PA, went to be with the Lord early Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and recently a great-great grandmother.

She is survived by her children; Barbara Elaine Hatfield, Dave Hatfield and wife Cindy and Patty Ellison and husband Chris. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchild and 1 great-great grandchild.

Barbara was predeceased by her loving husband of 53 years, James Manuel Hatfield. She was also predeceased by her son James L. Hatfield and grandson Steven L. Hatfield.

Barbara was a strong woman of faith. Her Christianity got her through her blessed life. Barbara enjoyed her family and friends and trips to her local country markets. She enjoyed reading, especially the bible, inspirational books, poems and westerns. She was a friend and inspiration to people she met during her life. Our mother will be missed by all. She made videos of her family and loved to record Christian music. She also liked family meals and fellowship around the table. She loved sewing, quilting and crocheting aphgans and having a garden.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 23, 2025 from 10 to 12 noon at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Funeral services will begin at 12 p.m. Interment will follow at Meadow Branch Cemetery in Westminster.
