Bonnie Bathon Geary

Bonnie Bathon Geary, 82, of Westminster, died Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at College Manor Assisted Living in Lutherville.  Born December 21, 1941 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy (Rolston) Bathonand John Bathon.  She was the wife of the late Patrick Lee Geary, Sr.

She worked as a floral designer and a teacher’s aide. She loved her poodles and collecting teddy bears with Pat.  She enjoyed baking (coconut cakes in spring and gingerbread cookies at Christmas) , making homemade soups and canning vegetables from their vast garden.  She loved a good cold cut sub and any kind of iced cream.   She also enjoyed going to church, the pool  and beach.

She is survived by son Patrick L. Geary, Jr. and wife Rebecca of Exmore, VA; daughters Kelley L. Geary of Westminster and Shannon V. Mowl and husband Steve of Boring, MD; grandchildren Kristin Smith, Laura Geary, Madison and Morgan Mowl and great-grandchildren Cayden and Kayleigh.

She was predeceased by a son Sean M. Geary and brother Scott Bathon.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg. 

A Celebration of Life luncheon will be at Maria's, 31 Main Street, Reisterstown, Maryland 21136 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
