Bonnie Hinton Obituary

Bonnie Lea Hinton, a longtime resident of Westminster, died Wednesday the 25th of March 2020 at Carroll Hospice.

Bonnie was born on January 29, 1950 in Baltimore.  She was the only child of Martha J. (Nitzel) Michael and William J. Michael and was raised in Essex.  She graduated from Kenwood High School.  Bonnie held various jobs in business and small firms in the area.

Bonnie married the love of her life, Jack E. Hinton in 1980 and they raised Jack’s three children in Westminster.  Bonnie was a member of The Order of the Eastern Star and volunteered at the Essex Senior Center.

Bonnie enjoyed luncheons with friends and baking and cooking for family and friends.

Bonnie is survived by her three stepchildren, Paul Hinton, Jackie Cohn, and Mark Hinton and their children, Aunt Rita Nitzel and Uncle George Nitzel, cousins Kathy McIntyre Dickerson, Maureen McIntyre Hitchens, Jeff McIntyre, George Nitzel, Bill Nitzel and their children.
