Obituary
Carol Elizabeth Kelbaugh, 64, of Westminster, passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born January 25, 1959 in Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Robert H. Hartman and Catherine Neal Hartman. Survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Mark Albert Kelbaugh.
She graduated from Westminster High School in 1977 and then attended Guilford College.
Carol loved going to Las Vegas, Ocean City and Deep Creek Lake, spending time with family, friends, her nieces and nephews and pets.
Besides her husband she is survived by her mother-in-law Laverne “Susie” Lippy Kelbaugh, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws Sharon Wolf (Ben) of Hanover, Pa, Linda Barrick (Herman) of Ranson, WV, Kathy Carnegie (Rick) of Westminster, Md, Cindy McCarty (Tim) of Columbia, SC, Wanda Campitelli (Joe) of Westminster, MD, Bryan Kelbaugh (Kerry) of Hanover, PA and their families.
She was predeceased by her brother David A. Hartman and father-in-law Albert R. Kelbaugh.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster, MD 21157. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 11:30 A.M. at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Silver Run.
