Charles Ray Glunt, Jr., 75, of Westminster, died Saturday, November 13, 2021, at his home. Born May 24, 1946 in Lewistown, PA, he was the son of the late Charles R. Glunt, Sr. He grew up and lived with William and Anne Warfield in Orbisonia, PA.
Before retiring he worked as a police officer. He served in the Marine Corp. during Vietnam. He was a sniper and a Purple Heart Recipient. He also enjoyed working as the manager of the American Legion in Laurel.
He is survived by children Cassie Glunt (Ronald Hardesty), Melanie Boone, Betsy Hansen, Charles R. Glunt, III, Darren Glunt and Michelyn Rogers, a sister Terry Jones (Bobby) and 12 grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a brother Ronald Glunt.
Services and interment will be private.
