Charles L Lapp

Charles L. Lapp, 57, of Westminster, passed on Sunday, February 7, 2021, at Franklin Square Hospital, after battling with his health for the past few years.   He was born September 16, 1963 in Baltimore City.

He grew up in Westminster and graduated from Westminster High School class of 1983. He was a top athlete in his High School class with many medals and awards in football, track and field and many other sports. He worked as an electrician and had to stop working due to health issues.

He loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved anything with the outdoors especially hunting and fishing.

He was the son of the late Shirley Ann Lapp and Charles E. Lapp. He is survived by siblings Jeffery Lapp, Terri Funk, Russell Lapp, Debra Lapp, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by brother Edward C Lapp.   

Family would like to thank everyone who has assisted and supported Charles during his delicate time.
