Charlotte J. Marshall, 84, of Sykesville, died on Sunday, November 30, 2025. Born June 23, 1941, in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late William Frankton and Iva (Lance) Frankton. She was the beloved wife of the late John Marshall.


Before retiring she worked at Springfield Hospital Center. She loved to craft, shop, talk, she was honorary and unapologetically herself.


She is survived by her brother Jimmy Frankton (Patsy); grandchildren Jay Warfield (Angela) of Littlestown, Jessica Dukehart (Logan) of Westminster, Aleshia Warfield (Fiancé Craig Harvey), and Matthew Schoepfer of Mt. Airy; great-grandchildren Tyler Shelton (Alyssa), Faythlynn Purkey, Dale and Dace Harvey, Landen, Dominic, Porter and Estelle Warfield, and Josie and Lily Dukehart; a great-great-grandchild Bryson Shelton; and niece and nephew Denna and Kenny Stapleton.


She was predeceased by her children Teresa Beall, Andrew Cramer and Kelly Frye.


A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at Oakland United Methodist Church Social Hall, 5901 Mineral Hill Road, Sykesville, Maryland 21784.
