Constance “Connie” Marie Bingel, 76, of Hanover, died Friday, February 6, 2026 at UPMC Hanover Hospital. Born May 16, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Harry Carr, Jr., and Mary Margaret Hughes Carr. She was the beloved wife of William Christopher Bingel.
Besides her husband she is survived by her daughter Lisa Carol Hart (Kevin); sister Wanda Wisby; 3 grandchildren Dylan Hart (Caitlin), Brandon Hart and Kristina Belt (Brian); 4 great-grandchildren Bennett, Gavin, Spencer and Sutton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her son Christopher Duane Bingel; sister Gloria Louise Sondericker; and brothers Harry James Carr and Wayne Allen Carr.
