Craig Alan Bowers, 55, of Westminster, died on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at home. Born April 25, 1968 in Carroll County, he was the son of the late Weldon L. Bowers, Jr. and Margaret Aquilla Linton Bowers. He was the loving husband of Sheila Bowers.

Craig was a 1986 graduate of North Carroll High School. He enjoyed playing pool, hunting, fishing and bowling. He was a member of the American Legion Post 31 and the VFW Post 467. Besides his wife, he is survived by his brothers Kevin Bowers, Jeff Bowers and his wife Wendy and Darrin Bowers and his wife Kathrine; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and his loving dachshunds Lucky and Princess.

A celebration of life service will be held at the VFW Post 467, 519 Poole Road, Westminster, MD 21157, on Sunday, January 7, 2024 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. 

Military honors will be at 1:30 p.m.

Inurnment will be at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, Maryland 21117, on Friday, January 12, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
