David "Dave" M Reese Obituary
David McKeldin “Dave” Reese, 74, of Westminster, died Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born January 10, 1951 in Hanover, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Elizabeth (Shaeffer) Reese and Ralph Reese. He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Donna P. Reese.
He was employed for over 40 years with Suburban Propane as a service technician. Dave was a 1970 graduate of Westminster High School where he excelled in sports. He was a member of the American Legion Carroll Post No. 31 and VFW Post No. 467.
Besides his wife, he is survived by son Chad Reese of Westminster; grandsons Colton and Carter; brothers James “Jimmy” Reese and wife Sherry of South Carolina and Tommy Reese and wife Chris of Westminster; a sister Ann Day and husband Tommy of Florida, and dog Teddy.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Carrollton Church of God Cemetery.
