Debra “Debbi” Ann Meekins, 71, of Finksburg, died on December 22, 2025 at her home. Born on April 2, 1954 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of Robert Samuel Krauk, Sr. and Florence Janis Krauk. She was the loving wife of 46 years, to the late Larry Eugene Meekins.

Debbi enjoyed reading, and she was always serving with the community, whether as the PTA President at Sandymount Elementary, working at M&T Bank, volunteering at food donation centers, or being an active member of Sandymount United Methodist Church in Finksburg, MD.

Debbi loved and did everything in the world for her family and nothing came before her husband, children, and grandchildren. Besides her parents, she is survived by her children Larry Nicholas Meekins and his wife Lauren Meekins, and Katie Lynn Meekins, grandchildren Desmond, Vivienne, and Fiona Meekins, Mackenzie, Dylan, Logan McGrew, Camden and Declan Atkinson, the late Hunter Atkinson, and her siblings, Diane McGrath, Robert Krauk Jr, Donna Sabol, and David Krauk.

A private service will be held for family and friends. Memorial contributions may be made to Sandymount United Methodist Church at 2101 Old Westminster Pike, Finkaburg, MD 21048.
