Donna Marie Miller, 70, of Westminster, passed away with her family by her side, on Monday, March 30, 2026 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born June 24, 1955 in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Leroy Sylvester Chronister and Catherine Romaine Shue Chronister. She was the loving wife of 54 years to Richard Milton Miller.

Donna enjoyed playing BINGO, crocheting, going to craft fairs, traveling, especially to Chincoteague, Virginia and she loved to cook. She was a previous employee of Carroll Lutheran Village of Westminster, MD. She was a member of St. David’s United Church of Christ in Hanover, PA.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Melissa Charlene Miller of Westminster, MD., and Holly Jo Gouker of Hanover, PA.; grandchildren Danielle Nicole Miller of Hanover, PA., Nicole Jean Gouker of Manchester, MD., Travis James Gouker of Manchester, MD. and Brandon Richard Gouker of Taylorsville, MD.; great-grandchild Fletcher William Hastings; siblings Diane Pickett of Westminster, Glenn Chronister, wife Helen of Westminster and Teresa Rohne and husband Dennis; and nieces and nephews Jason Pickett of Westminster, Amber Nardiello of Cambridge, MD., Lisa Pickett of TN., Cristy Chronister of Littlestown, PA., and DJ Rohne of FL. 

She was predeceased by siblings Edward Chronister, Larry Chronister and Patricia Chronister.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster, MD. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 3, 2026 at the funeral home with Pastor Scott Sager officiating. Interment will follow at Barts Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flower, the family would be thankful to have donations of crayons, coloring books, stickers, crafting supplies, Amazon gift cards and gift cards to restaurants for Donna's beloved daughter Missy, these items would be greatly appreciated.
