Dorothy Ann Warren, 78, of Westminster died Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Oakland Manor in Sykesville. Born in Baltimore on October 23, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Herman Washington Turner and Margaret Cooper Turner.
Before retiring she was a seamstress.
A private interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
