Dorothy "Dot" Ellen Manner

Dorothy “Dot” Ellen Manner, 78,  of Finksburg, passed with her loving family by her side on Monday, November 28, 2022 at home.  She was born in Westminster on January 29, 1944.  She was the daughter of the late George W. Mann and Olive Spencer Mann.

She was predeceased by her husband, Charles R. Manner, who died September 28, 2019.

She worked at Random House for a number of years. She enjoyed computer games and crossword puzzles.

She is survived by her children D. Craig Zentz and wife Betsy of Westminster, Michael J.  Zentz and devoted friend Melissa White of Finksburg, Richard W. Zentz and wife Mary “Lou” of Westminster, Vickie L. Lurz and partner Steve Greenholtz of Finksburg, a sister Betty Lambert of Finksburg.  Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a sister Nancy Robertson.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Funeral services will begin at 7:00 P.M. with Deacon Charles Barnhart officiating.
