Dorothy “Dottie” Louise Little Frock, 96, of Westminster, died Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Golden Crest Assisted Living. Born July 16, 1929 in Westminster (Mt. Pleasant) she was the daughter of the late Carroll Koontz Little and Maude Helen (Schaeffer) Little. She was the wife of the late Carroll Jesse Frock of 62 years who died August 31, 2015.
She attended Charles Carroll School and graduated from Westminster High School Class of 1946. Dottie worked at various businesses, Dutterer’s Florist, Hahn Brothers, C.O. Fishpaw Co. and Carroll County Bank for 35 years as an assistant treasurer, retiring in July 1991. She was a lifelong member of Benjamin’s Kriders United Church of Christ, where she served as treasurer for many years and served in various other positions. She was also a member of Eastern Star Door to Virtue Chapter #094. She was an active committee member for the Class Reunions of WHS 1946.
Surviving are son Myron Ray Frock and his wife Laura Jane Schaeffer Frock, grandson Aaron Jesse Thomas Frock and great-granddaughter Elena Skye. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Albert Henry Little, Charles Irvin Little, David Schaeffer Little and Richard Elting Little.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. on Friday, December 5, 2025 at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster, MD. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Benjamin’s Kriders United Church of Christ Cemetery in Westminster.
