Douglas James Bills, Jr.

Douglas James Bills, Jr., 43, of Westminster, died Friday, September 19, 2025, at his residence.  Born December 11, 1981 in Maryland, he was the son of Deborah Ann (Bolton) Reda and the late Douglas James Bills, Sr. 

He worked in the restaurant industry.  Doug loved fishing, taking photographs, art and dancing.

Besides his mother, he is survived by a brother Jeffrey “Jeff” Lowe, nieces Aleshea and Mara Lowe and grandmother Mary Bolton. 

He was predeceased by his grandfather Donald Bolton.  

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 29, 2025 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2 p.m.
