Edna Phyllis Myers, 77, of Westminster, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024, in her home. Born May 2, 1946 near Baltimore, she was the daughter of Edwin Gorsuch and Anna Gorsuch. She was the loving wife of 56 years to Guy Myers.

She was a 1964 graduate of Francis Scott Key High School. Before retiring she was a teller at Westminster Bank & Trust and an assistant manager at PNC. She enjoyed going to the beaches of Ocean City and the Outer Banks, crafting, and antiques. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she sang in the choir, was involved with Helping Hands, and active in the quilting group.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Tiffany and Matthew; sister Doris Shropshire (Wayne) of Westminster; and a grandson.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 245 E. Main St., Westminster and from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church. Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 833 Deer Park Road, Westminster, MD 21157, with Rev. Melissa Helfer officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery.
