Edward Thomas Fenton Marshall, 54, of Upperco, died Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at home. Born May 30, 1966 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Jervis Spencer Marshall and Elinor Fenton Marshall. He was the husband of Tammy DelofosseMedia Marshall.
Before retiring he was a Sergeant with the Baltimore City Police Department and served in the Coast Guard as a Boatswain’s Mate. He graduated from Blue Ridge Mountain High School in 1985 in Charlottesville, VA and attended Frostburg College. He enjoyed going to the beach, fishing, hunting and riding his Harley Motorcycles.
Besides his wife he is survived by a brother Ragan S. Marshall of Rehobeth Beach DE, a sister Jeanie Marshall of Upperco; and nieces and nephews Cynthia Marshall, Jervis “Trey” Marshall, III, Bethany Marshall, Mary Jane Trejo-Silva, Charlotte Marshall, Lauren O’Hara, Ragan Marshall, Jr., Zac Jones, Megan Cavey, Amanda Jones, Hailey Marshall and Frank Marshall.
He was predeceased by Jervis Spencer Marshall.
He is going to be buried at sea by the US Coast Guard.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
