Fulton L. Evans, 48, passed away from injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle accident on February 15, 2021. He was born February 2, 1973 in Baltimore, MD. He was the loving son of Jewel James of Ocean Pines, MD. He was preceded in death by his father Ronald Douglas Evans, of Frizzellburg, MD.
Fulton was a 1991 graduate of Francis Scott Key Highschool. He was the business partner of his brother Evan at Evans Brothers Construction for over 25 years. He was exceptionally talented carpenter and was committed to his craft. Fulton was a dedicated and loving father to his only son Jonathan. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and crabber. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Fulton was known for his sense of humor and making people smile. He would literally give anyone the shirt of his back.
Fulton is survived by his mother Jewel James and husband Mike James and his son Jonathan Evans. He is also survived by his stepmother Lynn Evans, brother Evan Evans and fiancé Kim Wilmer, sister Becky Byers and husband Jeff Miller, and sister Jennifer Bittner and husband David. He is furthered survived by his special nephew Hunter Evans, nieces Riley and Beti Bittner, nephew Tate Bittner, niece Laney Miller, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Interment will be private. The family will host a Celebration of Life on April 24th at his brother Evan’s house in Hampstead, MD.
