Gladys Mae Huber, 87, of Westminster, died Sunday, January 18, 2026, at Golden Crest Assisted Living. Born April 12, 1938 in Woodbine, she was the daughter of the late Annie (Norwood) Franklin and William E. Franklin. She was the wife of the late Raymond Earl Huber.
Before retiring she worked as an assembler at Black and Decker. She also worked at Walnut Springs Nursery in West Friendship. Gladys enjoyed sewing, being with family and was very proud of her flower gardens.
She is survived by daughters Sharon J. Warner and husband Keith and Sandra L. Lind and husband Brian, sister Vera McKusker and daughter-in-law Lisa Huber. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son Harold C. Huber, siblings Bertha Jenkins, Eleanor Huber, William Franklin, Marguerite Harrison and Walter “Bud” Franklin.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Entombment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg.
