Harry Franklin Steger

Harry Franklin Steger, 93, of Littlestown, PA, formerly of Manchester, died Monday, September 12, 2022 at Wellspan York Hospital.  Born November 27, 1928 in Carroll County, he was the son of the late Charles Steger.

Before retiring he worked as a farmer and truck driver.  He was a member of the Hampstead American Legion, Westminster Moose and Littlestown Eagles.  Harry was a veteran of the Army.

He is survived by children Jerry Steger of Thomasville, PA; Sandi Coppersmith and fiancé Randy Hann of Glen Rock, PA; Terry Caudill and husband William of Hanover, PA; former wife Ida Steger, 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  Also survived by extended family Bob and Linda Steger.

He was predeceased by sons Kenny and Dennis Steger and was the last survivor of 16 brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Funeral services will begin at 7:30 p.m.  Interment will be private.
