Helen Marie Kastigar

Helen Marie Kastigar, 85, of Westminster, died Sunday, February 26, 2023, at her residence.  Born July 6, 1937 in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Marie (Huth) Meninger and John A. Meninger, Sr.  She was the beloved wife of the late John Kastigar.

She was a homemaker and member of St. John Catholic Church.

She is survived by brothers John A. Meninger, Jr. (Barbara) and Leo J. Meninger (Diana), nieces and nephews Christina and Angela Meninger, Lisa, Robert, Donald, Michael and John Dipaula, sister-in-law Margaret Dipaula (Vince) and cousin-in-law Pamela Molnar.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 11 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St., Westminster.  Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery.
